About this opportunity

The Joe P. Ruthven Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Polk State College. Priority will be given to individuals who received services from Dream Center of Lakeland (formerly Freedom Center) or Parker Street Ministries (formerly Parker Street Project). The recipient must maintain a GPA of 2.00 or greater. This scholarship pays for tuition and books.
