John and Karen Wetmore Entrance Scholarship

One scholarship, valued at up to $3,000, will provide assistance to outstanding undergraduate students entering first year of the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science. Academic merit will be based on a combination of high school admission grades, results of Math contests as administered through CEMC, and extracurricular achievement as assessed through the Admission Information Form. This entrance scholarship is specifically designed for students beginning their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. The award recognizes both academic excellence and broader achievements beyond the classroom.
