John and Susan Bloom Memorial Endowment

The John and Susan Bloom Memorial Endowment is a scholarship available to students at North Dakota State University majoring in Civil Engineering with a class standing of junior or senior. The recipient must have demonstrated financial need. Students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the NDSU Scholarship Application system.
