About this opportunity
The John Frazer Scholarship aims to support honours and postgraduate research students studying in history at the University of Sydney. This scholarship was established in 2020 to provide assistance to honours and postgraduate research students studying in the Department of History to pursue advanced studies or research in the field of history. The scholarship is funded by a bequest made by the Honourable John Frazer, MLC in 1890. Recipients must be enrolled to study history in the School of Humanities in a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History, combined Bachelor of Arts and Advanced Studies final year (Honours in History), Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Honours in History), master's by research or PhD. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit, curriculum vitae, and a personal statement describing how the scholarship will assist them in their studies.
