John H. Hunt Memorial Fund

The John H. Hunt Memorial Fund is a four-year scholarship established in 1986 by Hunt Commercial Real Estate Corporation, Buffalo Renaissance Foundation, Inc., and Myron M. Hunt. This scholarship is specifically designed to support graduates of the Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts who are newly admitted freshmen in the Department of Music at the University at Buffalo. The fund provides financial assistance to talented music students throughout their four-year undergraduate career, helping them pursue their educational goals in the performing arts. Recipients must maintain their status as music majors in the College of Arts and Sciences to continue receiving this renewable scholarship award.
