About this opportunity
The John Kinghorn Scholarship is available to applicants applying to study a Masters degree taught in the Engineering Department at Sussex. While three scholarships are available, one of these scholarships is reserved for a female applicant, in order to encourage participation of women in STEM subjects. The scholarship provides a £10,000 tuition fee reduction for full-time students commencing in September 2026. Eligible courses include 5G Mobile Communications and Intelligent Embedded Systems, Advanced Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Advanced Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Business Management, and Robotics and Autonomous Systems programs, including those with industrial placement options. Applicants must have been offered and accepted a full-time place on an eligible Engineering degree to apply.
