John McLaren Scholarship

The John McLaren Scholarship is offered annually to a student entering third year in the Faculty of Law, JD program at the University of Calgary. The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate good academic standing along with participation with distinction in law school activities and/or extra-curricular activities. The award was established by the Society of Law Students of Calgary in honour of John McLaren, who served as Dean of the Faculty of Law from 1975 to 1984.
