John R. Dervay II, Memorial Scholarship

The John R. Dervay II, Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of John R. Dervay II, MS '73, BS '67, an alumnus of the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshman students majoring in Chemical Engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The scholarship provides up to $4,750 annually and may be renewable for up to four years. Recipients must demonstrate financial need, with domestic students required to complete the FAFSA and international students required to submit a financial need statement in the general application. Recipients must also maintain good academic standing throughout the award period.
