John "Smoke" and Mary Frances Pauley Scholarship in Industrial Technology

The John "Smoke" and Mary Frances Pauley Scholarship in Industrial Technology is designed for students studying Engineering Technology at Eastern Illinois University. This scholarship specifically targets freshmen completing their first year and entering their sophomore year. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in Engineering Technology (formerly known as Industrial Arts, Industrial Technology, Applied Engineering and Technology). The award recognizes students who demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA and good moral character. Applicants must maintain good academic standing and not be on probation. Character evaluation is based on two letters of reference that demonstrate character references and/or civic service or community involvement. The scholarship award is split for disbursement between Fall and Spring semesters, supporting students as they continue their studies in engineering technology disciplines.
