Johnetta Haley Scholarship - Freshmen

The Johnetta Haley Scholarship is designed to support the enrollment of underrepresented students at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Admitted first-year freshmen with a cumulative 3.0 high school GPA on a 4.0 scale are eligible to apply. The scholarship provides $2,000 per year and is renewable for up to 4 years, offering a total award of up to $8,000 over the course of undergraduate study. The admission application serves as the scholarship application, meaning students are automatically considered upon completing their general application. This award is offered exclusively to new first-year freshmen enrolling for the fall term at SIUE.
