The Johnnie N. Patterson, Jr. Memorial – Winter Haven Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program and living in Polk County. Recipients of this scholarship must agree to work for a Law Enforcement Agency in Polk County for a minimum of 3 years, must be at least 19 years of age and must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or greater.
