About This Opportunity
The Joint Rustaveli-DAAD-fellowship programme aims to promote research projects within the context of doctoral degrees and scientific programmes of young researchers. The programme supports research visits to state or state-recognised institutions of higher education or non-university research institutes in Germany, carried out in conjunction with an academic adviser in Germany or in Germany and Georgia. It offers short-term research scholarships ranging from 2-6 months for young researchers and postdocs, 3-month research scholarships for doctoral students, and 6-month research scholarships for binationally supervised doctoral students.
