The Jon Walsh Memorial Kings Volleyball Scholarship in Search of Excellence is a nominated scholarship awarded to a member of the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Volleyball team. This scholarship recognizes student-athletes who exemplify strong commitment, perseverance, and love of the game, with a belief in the potential to use skills developed from their playing experience at Red Deer Polytechnic in the future. Community and/or school involvement through volunteer work, coaching, or mentoring will be strongly considered in the selection process. Recipients are nominated and will be notified by the Red Deer Polytechnic Athletics Department in early Spring.
