The Joseph A. O'Hare, S.J., Postgraduate Media Fellowship supports the next generation of writers for Catholic media and other forms of professional journalism—print, video and audio. The fellowship offers three recent graduates of colleges or universities in the United States or Canada the opportunity to develop their literary skills and professional relationships while living and working in New York City, the capital of global communications. O'Hare fellows spend 11 months working at the offices of America Media, where they generate content for America's multiple platforms: print, web, digital, social media and events. The fellowship provides living expenses in New York during the 11-month internship period.
