Joseph and Cecilia Covi Scholarship

The Joseph and Cecilia Covi Scholarship is awarded to full-time students accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship is primarily designated for high school graduates from Livingston, Illinois. In the event there are no qualified candidates from Livingston, the scholarship may be awarded to any high school graduate who is a resident of Illinois. Recipients must be accepted as full-time students at Eastern Illinois University. The award is announced in the Fall semester and paid across both Fall and Spring semesters. Applicants must submit an essay addressing their academic achievements, educational plans, extracurricular or community activities, plans to finance college costs, influences on their decision to attend EIU, and a written statement of intent to enroll at Eastern Illinois University.
