Joseph Maffei Class of 1983 Scholarship Fund

The Joseph Maffei Class of 1983 Scholarship Fund supports scholarships for students in the School of Dental Medicine at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship honors Dr. Maffei, who was an outstanding classmate and loved the profession of Dentistry and his four years at the School of Dental Medicine. The scholarship is awarded to students entering their third year who demonstrate good academic standing, have a proven record of community service, and possess a good sense of humor. Recipients are selected based on their academic performance, commitment to community service, and personal attributes that align with the values Dr. Maffei exemplified during his time as a dental student.
