Joyce J. and John D. Milligan and Family Scholarship Fund

Originally established in 1993 by Joyce J. and John D. Milligan and Family, this scholarship supports junior or senior History majors in good academic standing at the University at Buffalo. The scholarship evaluates candidates based on multiple criteria including academic performance, attitude, personality, citizenship, and leadership qualities. Applicants must be residents of Western New York, and the scholarship gives preference to students traditionally underrepresented in higher education as well as those demonstrating financial need through FAFSA completion.
