Judy Renouf Medical and Health Sciences Bursary

The Judy Renouf Medical and Health Sciences Placement Bursary is awarded to undergraduate students undertaking a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement in the Health Sciences discipline at the University of the Sunshine Coast. First offered in 2019, this bursary provides financial support to students for travel, accommodation, living expenses, and/or to supplement lost income incurred during their work experience placement period as part of their program. The bursary is paid as a one-time lump-sum payment of A$2,500 upon commencement of the student's WIL placement in the relevant study period. The funding is provided by an external donor and is offered on a yearly basis, subject to availability of funds. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and financial need.
