Julia Sandford Scholarship

The Julia Sandford Scholarship is offered by the University of Waikato for domestic students enrolled in Honours, Masters or Doctoral level study in disciplines having links to Geography. Such disciplines include Environmental Planning, and Population Studies and Demography. The scholarship provides financial support of up to $1,500 to students demonstrating academic potential as well as commitment to, and focus on, Geography as a field of study. This award recognizes students pursuing advanced study in geography-related fields and helps support their academic endeavors at the University of Waikato.
