About this opportunity
The Justice Studies Award was established by the Department of Justice Studies at the University of Regina to award and support undergraduate and graduate students in the department with financial need and who have attained high academic achievement. The award will be presented annually to either a graduate or undergraduate student who meets specific eligibility criteria including enrollment in the Master of Arts in Justice Studies or Police Studies program, registration in a minimum of six credit hours in the semester the award is presented, acceptance as a fully-qualified graduate student, and a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%. This award can only be claimed by a student once and requires applicants to demonstrate financial need through a one-page statement as well as provide up-to-date transcripts including current semester registration.
