About this opportunity
The J.Y. Kelly Scholarship supports students at Eastern Illinois University who are majoring in Pre-Legal Studies and pursuing a career in a legal profession. This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding scholarship and leadership qualities. Recipients must be enrolled in the Pre-Legal Studies program during the semester of selection and must submit an essay addressing how they demonstrate outstanding scholarship and leadership. The award is announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the following Fall semester.
