Kahler Slater Scholarship

The Kahler Slater Scholarship is a School of Architecture and Urban Planning (SARUP) scholarship specifically designed for architecture students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The scholarship is available for students in their senior year earning their undergraduate degree in architecture or students in the graduate program leading to a master's degree in architecture. Candidates are evaluated based on academic achievement, design excellence, and financial need. A distinctive feature of this scholarship is that acceptance of the award may lead to an internship opportunity at the office of Kahler Slater, with finalists being interviewed by the firm. Applications are considered by date submitted on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged. The submission requirements include an uploaded cover page, resume, and a design portfolio in PDF format that is no larger than 10MB.
