About this opportunity
The Kambri Indigenous Undergraduate Scholarship at The Australian National University (ANU) was established to ensure Indigenous students receive the support required to succeed at university. The scholarship assists students in completing an undergraduate degree program by providing a flexible package of ongoing monetary and pastoral support to study at Australia's national university. The scholarship program aims to create a cohort of Indigenous scholars, to foster an environment to long-term mentorship, influence, and paying it forward to the community and Country. Each scholarship will be tailored to the needs of the recipient with consideration given to any other scholarship or income the student is eligible for, or entitled to. The scholarship may include payment direct to on-campus residential accommodation, an annual stipend for living and educational expenses, access to an allowance for return trip home, or any other payment deemed suitable by the Chair, Kambri Scholarship Committee. Scholarships are tenable for up to 5 years of the recipients undergraduate degree program.
