About This Opportunity
The Karen Brucks Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of math professor Karen Brucks who also served as associate dean for the natural sciences in the College of Letters & Science for many years. This scholarship is given to an undergraduate with a major in the Department of Mathematical Sciences which includes math, actuarial science, data science, and applied math and computer science. Selected recipient will have demonstrated academic merit with a minimum GPA of 3.25. Preference will be given to students meet any of these criteria: participation in the M3 or Upward Bound program, actuarial science major, and/or freshman standing.
