Katie Moore Memorial Nursing Scholarship

The Katie Moore Memorial Nursing Scholarship is awarded to a deserving student who has completed the first two years of college in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. In memory of Katie Moore, the scholarship gives preference for students planning to specialize in pediatric nursing and those applicants with experience working with ill children and their families. The scholarship is renewable, with recipients required to reapply and compete with new applicants. Priority is given to students interested in pediatric nursing and those with experience with an ill child and their family. Applicants must have graduated from a high school in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan or Grant County in Washington State and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA, or be enrolled in an RN to BSN bridge program at an accredited college or university in the United States.
