Åke Bäckman's Travel Scholarship

Åke Bäckman's travel scholarship is designed to support Chalmers alumni with a degree in Architecture to fund study trips that further their knowledge in Architecture. The scholarship enables graduates to pursue international or domestic travel for educational purposes related to architectural studies and practice. The fund is explicitly not intended for researchers' conference trips or research trips, but rather for study journeys that enhance architectural knowledge and professional development. Applications are currently closed, but when open, applicants must submit a comprehensive personal letter detailing their motivation, intended use of funds, travel destination and schedule, budget estimate, and supporting documentation including grades and study results verification.
