About this opportunity
The Kelly and Erin Wellsch Mental Health Graduate Research Scholarship was established in 2021 to support a graduate student pursuing research in the areas of mental health, with preference for research addressing intergenerational heritability of mental illness. The scholarship will be presented to a University of Regina graduate student enrolled full-time in a graduate program in the Faculty of Arts with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%. This internal scholarship provides $4,000 in funding and is available to one student annually. The award supports graduate-level research that advances understanding of mental health issues, particularly those related to how mental illness is passed down through generations.
