Ken & Bettie Ditzler Bachelor of Science, Pre Professional - Medicine Program Bursary

The Ken & Bettie Ditzler Bachelor of Science, Pre Professional - Medicine Program Bursary is awarded to a full-time Red Deer Polytechnic student who has completed the first year of the Red Deer Polytechnic Bachelor of Science, Pre-Professional – Medicine Program, Bachelor of Science Biological Sciences or University Sciences Diploma. The student must be returning full-time in the second year of the program at Red Deer Polytechnic in the upcoming academic year. This bursary provides financial support to students pursuing pre-medical education with preference given to students who plan to attend Medical School in the future. The award is based on a combination of financial need and academic achievement, recognizing students who demonstrate both merit and financial circumstances that require assistance. The bursary is funded through the Ken & Bettie Ditzler Endowment and aims to support aspiring medical professionals in their undergraduate studies.
