Ken Cowan Bursary

The Ken Cowan Bursary is a financial award available to students entering their first year of the Red Deer Polytechnic Academic Upgrading program as full-time students. The bursary is intended to support students with demonstrated financial need. Preference is given to those who are currently serving or have honorably served in the Canadian Forces, or to single parents. This award is funded by donor Jaqueline Cowan and provides financial assistance to help students overcome barriers to education in the Academic Upgrading program at Red Deer Polytechnic.
