Kent Business School Research Scholarships (Graduate Teaching Assistantships)

Kent Business School is offering up to three PhD GTA scholarships to highly motivated students. These scholarships are open to both home and international students. Awardees hold a unique position as both registered PhD students receiving a scholarship and employees of the University. The GTA covers tuition fees at either home or international rates and provides a combined maintenance grant and salary equivalent to the Research Councils UK National Minimum Doctoral Stipend. The scholarship is awarded to students with excellent research potential and takes the form of a three-year Graduate Teaching Assistantship, allowing successful awardees to receive financial support in return for undertaking some part-time teaching at Kent Business School alongside their PhD studies. The scholarship is offered for one year initially, renewable for an additional 2.5 years subject to satisfactory academic performance.
