About This Opportunity

The Kent LLM Solicitors' Practice Scholarship provides financial support to students pursuing a taught LLM in Solicitors' Practice at the Canterbury Campus of the University of Kent. The scholarship offers a £2,000 tuition fee discount to both home and overseas students. For overseas applicants, there is an additional requirement that they must be from a country receiving ODA funding from the OECD and be fully self-funded. All applicants must have achieved a 2:1 or equivalent in their law degree from an institution other than the University of Kent. Applicants must also submit a 500-word personal statement demonstrating their commitment to pursuing a career as a solicitor. Four scholarships are available in total for September 2026 entry.
