Killam Properties Inc. Scholarship (AVC or Graduate Studies)

Awarded to an AVC student and/or UPEI/AVC graduate research student that is a tenant in good standing with Killam Properties. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate academic achievement and community/university involvement. Killam Properties Inc. is a publicly traded real estate company focused on the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of multi-family residential properties in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. Killam Properties Inc. identifies residential properties that are neglected or poorly managed, yet are still producing, or are capable of producing, acceptable net operating income, then develops and manages these properties to realize a greater potential. Killam Properties has created a scholarship program for returning UPEI students who reside in Killam Properties' residences.
