About This Opportunity

The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program is Stanford University's flagship graduate scholarship program designed to develop the next generation of global leaders. The program provides full funding for scholars to pursue any graduate degree at Stanford University across all seven graduate schools, including Business, Education, Engineering, Humanities and Sciences, Law, Medicine, and Sustainability. Knight-Hennessy Scholars apply and are selected based on demonstrated leadership potential, with no formula for admission - candidates are evaluated on their unique achievements, character, and aspirations. The scholarship seeks individuals who demonstrate independence of thought, purposeful leadership, and a civic mindset. Scholars join a multidisciplinary community and participate in a comprehensive leadership development curriculum including the KHeystone Projects, guest speakers, and community engagement. The program supports full-time graduate study at Stanford while building a lifelong community of scholars committed to addressing the world's most complex challenges.
