Kommunalt rusarbeid

This grant program aims to contribute to improved quality of life, mastery, and opportunities for an active and meaningful existence for people with substance abuse-related problems and their relatives. The program supports municipal-level substance abuse work in Norway. The grant is administered by the Norwegian Directorate of Health (Helsedirektoratet) through regional state governors (Statsforvalteren). Note: According to the 2026 budget agreement, this grant program will be integrated into the general municipal block grant for the 2026 budget year, meaning applications will no longer be accepted under this specific program after 2025.
