Kompetanse- og tjenesteutviklingstilskudd

This is a grant program for competence and service development administered by the Norwegian Directorate of Health (Helsedirektoratet). The grant is delegated to regional state administrators (Statsforvalterne) who manage the application and reporting process on behalf of the Directorate. The program is designed to support health service development and competence building at the municipal and regional level in Norway. The total budget for this program in 2026 is up to 376,900,000 Norwegian kroner. Eligible applicants include municipalities, intermunicipal companies, counties, and universities/colleges. Applications must be submitted through the respective regional state administrator office, with a deadline of March 1, 2026. This is a continuing program that has been renewed for 2026.
