Kompetansehevende tiltak for lindrende behandling og omsorg ved livets slutt

Tilskuddsordningen er etablert for å styrke kvaliteten i tilbudet til personer med behov for lindrende behandling og omsorg og deres pårørende, og for å bidra til kompetanseoppbygging i kommunene. This grant program is administered by selected county governor offices on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health. The funding aims to improve the competence of municipalities in providing palliative care and end-of-life services. Eligible applicants are Norwegian municipalities (kommuner) seeking to implement competence-enhancing initiatives in palliative treatment and care at the end of life. The program is designed to strengthen quality of services for people in need of palliative care and their relatives through capacity building at the local level.
