Kompetensförstärkning

The Kompetensförstärkning (Capacity Building) program provides Swedish universities and colleges with opportunities to develop their research and education through new collaborations. The program offers financing for the recruitment of international guest researchers or for adjunct professors/lecturers at universities or in industry. The program aims to facilitate strategic recruitment of key competencies, supporting institutions in strengthening their research and education quality through mobility of researchers and teachers between different institutions and sectors, both within Sweden and internationally. The program contributes to building strong research and education environments that create value for academia, industry, and society. Projects must be carried out in close collaboration between academia and industry, following KK Foundation's co-production model.
