Korean Language and Culture Fund

The Korean Language and Culture Fund was established in 1995 and is funded by the Korean Studies Fund Raising Campaign. The Korea Study Abroad Scholarship is awarded to eligible undergraduate students who are accepted into a University at Buffalo or SUNY study abroad program that takes place in South Korea. This scholarship supports students pursuing educational experiences in South Korea, encouraging cultural exchange and language learning opportunities. Applicants must demonstrate acceptance into a qualifying study abroad program and articulate their goals for studying in South Korea and how the experience aligns with their academic and long-term career objectives.
