About this opportunity
The Short-term Network Funding is part of the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture, which strengthens artistic and cultural cooperation in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The program focuses on increasing the exchange of knowledge, contacts, and interest in Nordic and Baltic art and culture. This funding facilitates meetings and exchange of ideas and knowledge between professional artists and cultural workers in the Nordic and/or Baltic countries. Examples of network collaboration include joint meetings, conferences, workshops, staff exchanges, shared training, resource and competence sharing for advocacy efforts, collaboration on programming or tour structures, and the establishment of collaboration platforms that can later lead to larger international projects. The funding supports networks planning artistic initiatives and/or developing collaborations and new ways of working together, with emphasis on creating new contacts within their field and prioritizing new networks and collaborations with cultural diversity or between different types of art and cultural actors.
