Kristy J. Hendrickson Scholarship

The Kristy J. Hendrickson Scholarship promotes and supports women in engineering programs in the Pacific Northwest. Established by Landau Associates, Inc., this scholarship honors Kris Hendrickson, an esteemed former coworker and co-owner who spent 24 years at the company. The scholarship provides $10,000 annually to one new student pursuing environmental engineering degrees, with the opportunity for three annual renewals for students who continue to meet eligibility requirements. The scholarship is designed for female students pursuing bachelor's or master's degrees in Environmental Engineering fields, including Environmental, Civil-Environmental, Atmospheric, or Geologic Engineering. Applicants must reside or attend college in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Louisiana, or Texas, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients are eligible for full-time undergraduate or graduate study at accredited four-year institutions. In addition to the financial award, scholarship recipients are eligible for an optional paid summer internship at Landau Associates, providing valuable professional experience in the environmental engineering field.
