KTH India Scholarship

The KTH India Scholarship Foundation was established in 2012 through a donation made by an anonymous donor. The scholarship is specifically designed for Indian citizens who have completed their undergraduate programme in India and are applying to a master's programme at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for both years of a two-year master's programme, provided that study results during the first year are satisfactory. In addition to tuition coverage, recipients receive a monthly living allowance during the academic year (10 months per year). One scholarship is awarded biennially. The scholarship is awarded primarily on the basis of academic excellence, with priority given to applicants from Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Pune according to the foundation's statutes. Selection criteria include the applicant's grades (GPA or equivalent), the ranking of the university that awarded the bachelor's degree, and the applicant's motivation, relevant work experience, and extra-curricular activities.
