Kulturstipend

Kulturstipend is a cultural grant program offered by Bærum Kommune to promote cultural work in the municipality and stimulate further development and effort. The program recognizes individuals who, through active cultural efforts and/or exceptional artistic achievements, have contributed to a positive profile of Bærum and created art and cultural joy and experiences for the municipality's residents. The program offers three grants total: two educational grants primarily reserved for applicants under 25 years who are preparing for or have started arts education at recognized public or private educational institutions, and one grant primarily reserved for further education/development of already established cultural practitioners over 25 years. All applicants must live or work in Bærum. The grants can be used for education/further education in the arts field, equipment, and other resources that can help advance the artistic career/activity.
