Kulturstipend

Bjørnafjorden kommune annually awards two cultural scholarships, each worth NOK 20,000. The goal of the scholarship program is to stimulate and inspire creativity, talent development, and cultural diversity across the culture and sports fields. The cultural scholarships are intended as a future-oriented resource for further development and advancement within the applied activity. Young people between 16 and 26 years can apply for the scholarship. Applicants must justify how the scholarship can contribute to developing talent and abilities in the field. The scholarship should not be used to cover costs of formal education, but can be used for training and skills development.
