Kulturstøtta

Kulturstøtta is a project support scheme that provides funding for cultural projects in national and regional democratic organizations for children and youth under 26 years. The purpose is to strengthen and stimulate voluntary cultural activities of, with, and for children and youth, and to contribute to increased cultural competence among young people in organizations. Cultural projects are defined as projects within performing culture such as music, dance, drama, literature, art, film, cultural heritage, digital culture and games, as well as combinations of such expressions. The project must be a concrete initiative such as a course, event or activity, implemented by the organization itself and based on voluntary participation. Organizations can apply for between 50,000 and 300,000 NOK in support for their projects.
