Kunnskapsbaserte mestringskurs – opplæring av ansatte i helsetjenesten og NAV

This grant program aims to ensure that employees in the health service and NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) gain competence in and offer coping/mastery courses to people with mild to moderate mental health challenges. The program supports training initiatives that help the target group to continue in their jobs or education. The funding supports organizations in delivering evidence-based coping courses, focusing on mental health interventions in workplace and educational settings. Eligible applicants include both businesses and voluntary/non-profit organizations that can demonstrate capacity to deliver these training programs to health service and NAV staff.
