Kurt T. Chambers Memorial Endowment Award

The Kurt T. Chambers Memorial Endowment Award is designed to provide support for students in need of special services that might not otherwise be available, thereby better ensuring the successful completion of their education. Preference is given to students studying arboriculture and park management who have documented learning disabilities. Students in the two-year degree programs are eligible to apply. The award was established by the parents of Kurt Chambers to honor his memory and support students facing similar challenges. Applicants are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the UMass Amherst scholarship system.
