La Noticia Scholarship Program

La Noticia offers scholarships to Latino students residing in North Carolina. The scholarship program aims to support students of Latino origin who demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Winners receive a $2,500 scholarship and the Excelente Award as Student of the Year. The scholarship is available to both current high school students and current college students who are North Carolina residents and have graduated from a North Carolina high school. Recipients must attend the Excelente Awards Gala where the scholarship and award will be presented. The program recognizes and supports Latino students pursuing their educational goals and overcoming challenges in their academic journey.
