Lackawanna Audubon Society Scholarship

The Lackawanna Audubon Society Scholarship is awarded through the Scranton Area Community Foundation to support students pursuing environmental science education. This scholarship is available to either a graduating high school senior pursuing a post-secondary degree, or a currently matriculating student already enrolled in a college or university program. Eligible applicants must reside in Lackawanna or Wayne county in Pennsylvania and be pursuing a degree or certificate in environmental science or a related field. The scholarship aims to encourage and support students interested in environmental conservation, natural sciences, and related disciplines. Through this funding opportunity, the Lackawanna Audubon Society, in partnership with the Scranton Area Community Foundation, seeks to foster the next generation of environmental stewards and professionals in northeastern Pennsylvania.
