Oslo municipality provides grants to support the establishment of charging infrastructure for heavy vehicles including trucks, tour buses, and other heavy vehicles. The grant supports both normal chargers (AC chargers) and fast chargers (DC chargers), although from January 1, 2026, only normal chargers (AC chargers) are supported through this scheme. Fast chargers are then supported through Enova's business charging scheme. The grant aims to facilitate the use of zero-emission heavy vehicles in Oslo. A charging project cannot receive support from both Enova and Oslo municipality. The application deadline is ongoing, meaning applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
