About this opportunity
The Lambert Initiative for Cannabinoid Therapeutics Supplementary Scholarships provide unique opportunities for outstanding PhD scholars to conduct research into the medicinal potential of cannabis and cannabinoids at the University of Sydney's Brain and Mind Centre. The research is focused on the development and evaluation of cannabinoid-based treatments across a wide range of areas including preclinical and clinical research, medicinal and analytical chemistry, electrophysiology, high throughput screening, animal and cellular models of disease, human psychopharmacology, drug policy, and clinical trials. This supplementary scholarship is designed to support PhD students who already hold a primary stipend scholarship from the University of Sydney. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and their research proposal in the field of cannabinoid therapeutics. The scholarship provides additional financial support to enable outstanding research in this emerging area of medical science.
